Munira Jiwa discovered qigong when she was at a low point in her life, suffering with a number of ailments including fatigue, chronic pain and depression. After a couple of months of practicing the gentle formula of meditation and movement, her pain completely disappeared. This life-altering change was so dramatic, that Munira she ended her career in physical therapy and made qigong her life’s work.
